Refund Policy

We will resend or re-ship your order at no cost to you if your package becomes lost or misplaced at the fault of 5 Star Steroids. Meaning, that if we send to the address on the order form itself, if by chance we make a mistake and it is delivered to the wrong address/destination on our part, we will make it right, no questions ask. You are responsible for making sure that the right address is on the shipping/order form. Once your package becomes delivered via tracking information, and is then lost/stolen, 5 Star Steroids is not responsible for this; unfortunately these things do happen. Because of this possibility, this is why we recommend a PO Box. Considering all orders are shipped discreetly and securely  within the US, customs will not be involved; therefore, there is no concerns of your package being seized or confiscated (we’ve been doing this a long time)
