Refund Policy

We will resend or re-ship your order at no cost to you if your package becomes lost or misplaced at the fault of Apex Anabolics. Meaning, that if we send to the address on the order form itself, if by chance we make a mistake and it is delivered to the wrong address/destination on our part, we will make it right, no questions ask. You are responsible for making sure that the right address is on the shipping/order form. Once your package becomes delivered via tracking information, and is then lost/stolen, Apex Anabolics is not responsible for this; unfortunately these things do happen. Because of this possibility, this is why we recommend a PO Box. Considering all orders are shipped discreetly and securely  within the US, customs will not be involved; therefore, there is no concerns of your package being seized or confiscated (we’ve been doing this a long time)
